Special Orders

Special orders begin production immediatly upon placement and built to your specs. At that point you can not cancel ,change, return or refund an item. A non-refundable payment is needed when you place your order.

Delivery Surcharges

Oversized extremly heavy items will require additional delivery support and will need to be surcharged at delivery time. Contact us at info@milagro.shop to find out if items need to be surcharged before placing your order.

Preparing for Delivery

To ensure a successful delivery, we will email you several days prior to your delivery. You can also email us at info@milagro.shop to find out your approximate delivery date. your items will be delivered to your driveway only.

White Glove Service

Our white glove service is an option at checkout. White glove service is an option for an addition $200 fee. Professionals will uncrate and unwrap and remove all debris and your items and place in your garage. An adult must be present to receive the items and must be inspected upon delivery of your furniture. In the event of any damage noted and pictured at delivery. Milagro will resolve your issue with no charge to you, by a repairman paid for by Milagro. You must CONTACT US immediatly so we can satify your issue.
