  • For wood surfaces, use a soft dry cloth for dusting and damp cloth for cleaning.
  • Leather should be wiped with a damp cloth and conditioned periodically.
  • Fabric upholstery can be vacuumed and spot cleaned with mild detergent.
  1. Do you offer customization options?
  • Yes, we offer customization options for many of our furniture pieces, including fabric choice, wood finishes and dimensions. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific needs.
  1. What is your delivery process?
  • We offer white -glove delivery service upon request for an additional fee.. This includes unpacking, assembly, and placement in the desired location. Delivery times vary based on your location.
  • Delivery varies based on the size of the order, but an average of 90 days for most selections.
  1. What’s your return policy?
  • We have a no return policy as all orders are custom.
  1. What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
  • If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. Pictures must be taken and emailed to info@milagro.com. One of our customer service representatives will address any issues. We will arrange for a repair or replacement to ensure your satisfaction is met.

  • Orders can be placed through our website, over the phone with our sales representative or in person at a South Florida location only.
